I trained with Lauren at the amazing The Lab Training Academy I completed the full day Combined Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Course and it has honestly changed my life in so many ways! I had no confidence and was so nervous to go back into the beauty world. When i was around 16/17 i started my career in makeup shortly after i realised it wasn't my passion and i felt lost on what to do! I then ended up in healthcare and have been in healthcare ever since but again that isn't my passion i knew all along i was destined to be my own boss, the saying " why make someone else rich when you can make your self rich" and beauty can do that for you. I searched and searched for a course as i didn't just want to go to any old training company i wanted one that would make me feel at ease, comfortable and i come across The Lab Training Academy! From the beautiful clinic and a trainer who put me at ease before even booking the course i knew this would be the place to start my forever career, Laurens course was so detailed, informative and you still get 100% care and support even once you have qualified i am forever grateful to Lauren. I am now 6 months in and i couldn't be happier with how my life has changed! I was in a salon the week after completing my course, i have been fully booked every Saturday from 9-5 sometimes 9-7 ever since i started and my diary has been booked for weeks in advance, not only am i building a business and creating beautiful lashes and brows i am building friendships with the most lovely clients. I am now in the process of reducing my hours in healthcare to free up more time for beauty and it still shocks me how this is happening after 6 MONTHS! I can't recommend Lauren enough, girls if you have doubts about switching careers and booking that course take this as your sign JUST DO IT!

I completed the brow lamination & lash lift and tint training course in April 2023 and loved it!

I wanted to add more treatments to my profile to engage new clients and create an improved profile. 

Lauren is the best at what she does and was an amazing trainer, giving tips for social media as well as teaching me everything i needed to know to start with new treatments.

I came away with all the knowledge i needed as well as 24/7 support when needed.

I have taken on so many new clients since introducing these treatments most of them now regulars. I loved the course and love providing these treatments even more.

I found both of my lip blush and combined lash lift and brow lamination courses to be amazing! Lauren is so specific about every little detail of training that I just know I would never have got that from any other trainer or course. I felt completely confident to work on my own after both my courses because of how detailed the training was, no area of any of the treatments was left unexplained. It has been a year and a half since I passed my lip blush course and she is just as supportive today as she was on the day I passed, always checking in, answering any questions I might have and just all round amazing. I recommend The Lab training academy to everyone I speak to that wants to do any form of beauty course, they’re worth every penny! I can’t thank Lauren enough for the new career she has helped me start.  

I done the Gel Polish training course with Lauren back in February 2023. I was 20+ weeks pregnant with my second child, Lauren was extremely accommodating. The course was really knowledgeable and I left with much more confidence. From then I was doing nails here and there, I went on maternity leave and thought this would be my perfect opportunity to make use of my training. I took the plunge and rented a desk at Mind Body Booty Empire (an all women’s gym) and along with doing the training course it was the best decision I ever made. I went back to work in the March and come the July I handed my notice in to become a full time self employed nail tech! My little boy started nursery full time and now I get to drop him off and pick him because of the hours I pick to work! 

Lauren is always there supporting me, and still keeps in contact 2 years on from my course. I haven’t looked back, if anyone is thinking about doing a training course with The lab training academy, I promise you will not regret it❤️✨

Training in brows and lashes is the best thing I have done. I usually just do only aesthetic treatments and it’s been nice having something else to change it up and now is one of my most popular treatments which I have gained many more clients from. I’m so happy and so glad I did it. Thank you so much💗

​A year ago I completed an Eyebrow Lamination and Eyelash Lift training course with The Lab Training Academy , and it was an incredible experience! The course was packed with valuable information and hands-on practice, allowing me to learn the latest techniques in a short amount of time. I loved how focused the training was, making it easy to absorb everything and get started right away. What stood out to me was the continuous support offered after the course. Lauren provided resources and is always available to answer questions as I develop through my beauty career . This ongoing guidance has been crucial for building my confidence and refining my skills. It's great knowing that I have a support system to turn to as I grow in my career. Overall, this course has been a fantastic stepping stone, and I'm excited about the future!

Couldn’t recommend Lauren enjoy, so glad I done this course with her she’s amazing at what she does there is literally no one better! I really enjoyed my day at the training lab academy completing the combined lash lift and brow lamination course, we were taken through absolutely everything we would need to know in great detail. I have stepped out of my comfort zone to make my own business and it is going really well. I’ve met so many new people along the way and built a solid base of regular clients. 

I would highly recommend the training lab academy for anybody looking to start up in the beauty industry or gain new skills.

Lip blush has been the best course I have ever done. Definitely worth every penny & trained by the absolute best. 

I was already a fully trained beauty therapist and was wanting to add another treatment to my menu to fill in those quiet time slots. Lip blush has been the perfect addition for that. I have clients returning for annual top ups and they always leave happy with their results. Most of my clients have come from recommendations which is always good. 

The course was so in depth I left leaving with all the knowledge I need and if I ever have a question or need anything advice Lauren is always on hand and very helpful. It have boosted my income and filled in those quiet times throughout the day.

She gave me so much confidence and so much advice🥰 even when you finish your course with Lauren she is always there to help you with any questions! I wouldn’t be were I am if it wasn’t for Lauren.
